Are you a numbers ninja with a knack for staying organized and keeping things balanced? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our fantastic accounting team at our corporate office!
In this role, you’ll help keep cash flowing smoothly by managing incoming payments, customer accounts, reconciliations, and all the important details that keep our financial operations running like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage accounts receivable processes and customer account activity
- Prepare, process, and send invoices to customers
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts, statements, and transactions
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices and account questions
- Perform data entry and provide administrative/accounting support
- Help maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous accounts receivable experience required
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Associate degree in Accounting or 4 years of accounts receivable experience
- Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
- Ability to work full-time onsite
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
or - 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
