Leasing Coordinator Position:
Overview
Queen City Development Group is a growing company providing real estate services including design, construction, property management, and investments. The company is seeking a new team member to support leasing activities for our growing portfolio.
Job Description: The Leasing Coordinator supports the leasing and day-to-day administrative activities for residential and commercial properties managed by QCDG. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with prospective and current tenants, vendors, and team members. This position is designed as an entry-level opportunity, with responsibilities increasing as the candidate develops knowledge and experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Leasing inquiries – Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
· Property marketing – Assist with preparing and maintaining rental listings, coordinating advertising, and keeping availability information current.
· Property showings – Schedule and conduct property showings, answer prospective tenant questions, and provide a positive customer experience.
· Lease administration – Assist with preparing lease documents, coordinating signatures, maintaining leasing records, and ensuring all requirements are met.
· Move-in and move-out coordination – Help coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination with the property management team.
· Tenant communication – Communicate with current tenants regarding routine questions and requests, and route maintenance or property management issues to the appropriate team member.
· Administrative support – Maintain accurate tenant, prospect, and property information in the company’s property management software. Assist with routine reports and correspondence.
· Team support – Work closely with the property management team, vendors, and company leadership to support the smooth operation of the leasing process.
· Learning and development – Learn QCDG's leasing, property management, and administrative procedures and take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Education/experience – High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or property management experience is helpful but not required.
· Customer service – Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
· Communication – Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Organization – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Technology – Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office or similar software, and learning new computer systems.
· Work style – Self-motivated, dependable, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a small-business environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range is $45,000 - $50,000, depending on experience
