Our Dallas location is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our premium beauty destination. Since opening in 2023, we've built a reputation for outstanding client experiences—and that starts with you.
About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing a busy reception desk where excellent service meets smooth operations. This includes greeting clients, managing our appointment book, processing transactions, handling multi-line phones and email correspondence, and supporting daily spa operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years salon/spa reception experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional phone presence and professional communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with scheduling software and computer systems
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Warm, friendly personality with a service-first mindset
- Weekend availability (at least one weekend day required)
