Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression that reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using software, verifying reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Offer service enhancements or upgrades when customers arrive or book appointments, ensuring they are aware of add‑on options.
- Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure guest needs are promptly addressed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area, including reception, waiting space, and product displays.
- Assist with basic social media marketing, such as taking photos (with permission), creating simple posts, or sharing updates—social media skills preferred.
- Request customer reviews after each appointment is completed to help grow the business’s online reputation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by being attentive, friendly, and proactive with client needs.
- Assist the therapist during busy periods by helping with light tasks such as changing treatment room sheets and folding laundry occasionally as needed, not on a daily basis.
Experience
- Proven experience in any front desk operations, preferably within a spa and massage places.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
