Hiring: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant
📍 Location: Dallas, TX
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract
✈️ Travel Required
We are looking for an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements
✔ Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and/or Financials modules
✔ Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
✔ Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and business process frameworks
✔ Support system enhancements, testing, and production support activities
Required Skills:
✅ 7 years of Workday experience
✅ Strong expertise in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials
✅ Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
✅ Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields
✅ Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred:
⭐ Workday Certifications (HCM, Integrations, Financials)
⭐ Workday Extend or Prism Analytics experience
⭐ Agile/Scrum experience
⭐ Data migration and transformation expertise
