Position: Workday Techno Functional Consultant || Only US Citizen and Green Card Required
Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (2 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence Management modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and RaaS.
• Create and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
• Manage and maintain Workday Security roles, domains, and business process security.
• Leverage Prism Analytics for advanced reporting and data insights.
• Develop and extend Workday capabilities using Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform testing, and ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions.
