Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking an experienced Endpoint Services System Engineer to support intelligence operations within an exciting organization.

- Endpoint services is seeking a system engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web based applications.
- The position involves documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics.
- Looking for a candidate with a technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering.
- Must have the ability to document the tool and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation.
- Attention to detail is needed to test new software releases and document results.
- The candidate should have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.
- 7 years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Must Have:
- Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
- Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
- Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
- Triage user issues
- Track and respond to user issues/questions
- Establish internal schedules and milestones
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
- Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
- Provide meeting minutes
- Ability to test new configurations/software releases
- Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
- Track and report testing results
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
- Ability to document and coordinate communication for critical issues
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
