We’re all about delivering bold experiences — and that starts with great people. The Quarry Taphouse is a construction-themed restaurant where guests don’t just eat and drink, they THROW ROCKS. We bring the energy, and we’re looking for a rockstar Server/Bartender - Shift Leader to do the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve food & drinks like a pro, making guests feel welcomed and taken care of
- Bartend with confidence — craft cocktails, manage tabs, and keep the bar buzzing
- Lead your shift: oversee staff, handle customer issues, and keep service running smoothly
- Set the tone for the team — high energy, strong work ethic, great vibes
- Jump in wherever needed — we hustle and help each other out
- Communicate with management on staffing, inventory, and daily flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender (bonus if you’ve led shifts before)
- Natural leader who stays calm under pressure and brings a positive attitude
- Great with people — customers and coworkers
- Comfortable taking charge when managers aren’t on-site
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Must be 18 and able to lift 25 lbs
