Our client, is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, has an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with Patent Litigation with a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. This individual will work within their Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Patent Litigation with a background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. This individual will work within their Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including patent, trade secret, and copyright disputes.
- Assist in developing case strategy, prepare legal arguments, and argue motions in court.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; handle e-discovery and take/defend depositions of witnesses and experts.
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on case tasks.
- Must have 3-7 years of substantial patent or IP litigation experience.
- JD (Juris Doctor) Degree from an ABA accredited Law School
- Active Bar Membership in Good Standing within the State where Role is Located.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies & courses of action.
- Must have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Salary : $215,000 - $260,000
