Job Title: SAP PP Lead/MM Consultant /Supply chain Planning Lead (PP/MM/MRP)

Location: Avon Lake, OH (Onsite-Hybrid)

Must Have

• The SAP PP Onshore Lead will be responsible for leading the Production Planning workstream, driving business process alignment, fit-to-standard adoption, testing, training, cutover readiness, and hypercare support while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

• Lead the SAP PP workstream across all project phases.
• Conduct workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Drive adoption of SAP standard processes and best practices.
• Provide functional expertise in:
  • Demand Management
  • MRP
  • Production Planning
  • Capacity Planning
  • Production Order Processing
  • Shop Floor Control
  • Batch Management
  • Process/Discrete Manufacturing

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of MM, QM, WM/EWM, and FICO integrations. SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing implementation experience. Experience in global manufacturing rollouts and migration projects. SAP PP Certification preferred.

Required Skills

SAP PP (Expert) MRP and Demand Planning Production Orders and Shop Floor Execution Capacity Planning Batch Management Process Manufacturing and/or Discrete Manufacturing SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Testing Management (FUT/SIT/UAT) Data Migration Cutover & Hypercare Support Strong Client & Stakeholder Management

Delivery Governance

Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Provide regular status updates and progress reporting. Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Training & Hypercare

Conduct end-user and key-user training sessions. Support business readiness activities. Provide post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution support.

Data Migration & Cutover

Support migration of PP master and transactional data. Validate converted data and support reconciliation activities. Lead PP cutover planning, mock cutovers, and go-live readiness assessments.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Lead FUT, SIT, and UAT activities for the PP stream. Review test scenarios and support defect resolution. Coordinate with MM, QM, WM/EWM, SD, and FICO teams to ensure end-to-end process validation.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for business users and manufacturing stakeholders. Facilitate requirement discussions, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs. Drive issue resolution and decision-making activities.
