About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to keep our production equipment running. No electrician's license is required. What we need is proven hands-on industrial electrical experience.
What You'll Do

- Use a multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter and other test equipment to diagnose faults safely.
- Work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic and manufacturer manuals.
- Install, wire and maintain 120/240/480V single- and three-phase circuits, motors, disconnects, control panels, lighting and receptacles.
- Troubleshoot machine controls, including PLC I/O, VFDs, motor controls and safety circuits (E-stops, guard door interlocks, light curtains).
- Do preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate and label conductors to NEC standards.
- Work with maintenance, production and engineering to get equipment back up, and record repairs and findings.
- Identify and order the electrical parts and supplies you need.
- Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, NFPA 70E arc flash practices, PPE, hot work and confined space.
Other duties as needed: supporting equipment installs, relocations and changeovers; marking up electrical drawings when wiring changes; helping with parts inventory; covering overtime, weekend or on-call shifts when equipment goes down; and training maintenance techs on basic electrical troubleshooting.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and control problems logically, from symptom to root cause
- Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams and ladder logic
- Working knowledge of motor controls, starters, relays, contactors, sensors and safety circuits
- Safe, correct use of a multimeter and other test equipment
