What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partnering with department leaders to understand workforce needs and support hiring plans
- Building pipelines of qualified candidates within construction, industrial services, and skilled trades
- Maintaining and updating job postings and recruiting documentation
- Conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Supporting onboarding and assisting with new employee orientation
- Assisting with employee relations matters including manager guidance and employee concerns
- Helping interpret and support HR policies and procedures across departments
- Supporting HR initiatives including performance management and employee engagement programs
- Assisting with benefits administration and responding to employee HR inquiries
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Supporting HR projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
- 3 years of Human Resources experience with significant involvement in recruiting
- Experience recruiting in construction, industrial services, or skilled trades strongly preferred
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting strategies
- Experience partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers
- Strong communicator who can build relationships across departments
- Organized and able to manage multiple open roles and priorities at once
- Comfortable working with both field operations and office leadership
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
- Proactive and solutions-oriented when challenges arise
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative HR team
