Technofunctional Zoho Specialist (On‑site or Remote)
Quantum ERP Solutions is looking for a Technofunctional Zoho Specialist with strong experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Subscriptions. This is a full‑time role and can be on‑site or remote.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize Zoho CRM, Projects, and Subscriptions
- Translate business requirements into Zoho configurations
- Build workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Support data migrations and ongoing system improvements
- Maintain and update our WordPress website
- Manage social media content, including posts, short videos, and virtual events
What we’re looking for:
- Proven technofunctional experience with Zoho CRM, Projects, and Subscriptions
- Hands-on experience with workflows, automation, integrations, and APIs
- Solid understanding of sales, project management, and subscription billing processes
- Experience managing WordPress content
- Comfort creating digital and social media content
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
