The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and clear growth opportunities.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Conduct prospect research and call preparation, including company background and lead qualification
- Identify customer buying trends and provide insights and reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate CRM data on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent business experience
- 3–5 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable working toward quotas and performance-driven goals
Both the 1099 contractor role and the W-2 employee role include uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.

- $39,000 annual base salary

$80,000 – $170,000 based on performance
