Salaried Rates: Available from $66,000 to $80,000
Hourly Rates: from $40 to $50
PRN rate : $52 (no benefits)
What You’ll Do: As a Special Education Process Coordinator with Quantum Resource Professionals, your role will include:
- IEP Oversight and Compliance: Facilitate and monitor the development and implementation of IEPs to ensure adherence to IDEA and state regulations.
- Educator Support and Collaboration: Provide guidance and training to special and general education teachers on instructional strategies, accommodations, and compliance procedures.
- Parent and Family Engagement: Act as a liaison to foster effective communication with families, addressing concerns and ensuring understanding of special education processes.
- Program Management: Assist in managing caseloads, evaluating services, and making recommendations to improve student outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Deliver training sessions on special education best practices, legal updates, and inclusive strategies to support staff growth and program success.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Special Education from an accredited institution
- Experience in supporting children and adolescents in educational settings, particularly those with special needs
