Role Description:
Quantiphi’s BFSI Business Unit is expanding—and we’re looking for a high-impact individual to grow and scale our strategic Insurance accounts. If you’re a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for AI, data, and cloud transformation, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise Insurance accounts
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and whitespace expansion with new and existing customers
- Build and deepen C-suite and senior executive relationships across underwriting, claims, actuarial, distribution, IT & digital
- Lead full sales cycles—from opportunity identification to negotiation and close
- Position Quantiphi’s AI-first, cloud, data, and digital modernization solutions
- Apply proven sales methodologies to manage complex enterprise buying cycles
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of technology services sales or consulting experience in the Insurance/BFSI space
- Proven success growing and expanding enterprise accounts with multi-million-dollar targets
- Strong ability to influence senior and C-level leaders
- Experience selling services in data, AI/ML, analytics, automation, and cloud modernization
- Comfort working with cloud partners (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Bonus Skills
- Experience at a top-tier technology or consulting firm
- Familiarity with Insurance use cases (automated underwriting, claims automation, lapse prediction, fraud detection, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud-native AI/ML and GenAI platforms
- Experience with MSAs, SOWs, and complex commercial negotiations
