We are seeking an exceptionally talented Salesforce Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This person will design, build, and optimize solutions on our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving business problems with scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations, Client Service Operations, while working alongside the engineering team to integrate Salesforce with the broader cloud infrastructure.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Salesforce Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This person will design, build, and optimize solutions on our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving business problems with scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations, Client Service Operations, while working alongside the engineering team to integrate Salesforce with the broader cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle — from requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and implement a complex Apex code base, APIs, and integrations
- Design, build and scale REST, BULK, and Platform Event-based integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications
- Build out both regression and unit tests, while managing bug fixes
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to design customizable solutions
- Review and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features to enhance platform capabilities
- Maintain ownership of Salesforce environments, including production and sandbox environments, deployments, and release management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Expert knowledge of Apex, and Salesforce APIs
- Preferred knowledge of Python, and AWS
- Experience with creation of unit and regression testing required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to present to stakeholders
- Exposure to integration of Salesforce Platform with Enterprise applications
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
