Responsibilities
- Assist in developing detailed project plans using internal tools.
- Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline tracking for multiple initiatives aligned with Agile project management methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and document user stories and test cases.
- Monitor project progress through metrics such as KPIs and status reports; escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including test-driven development processes and validation of deliverables against business needs.
- Contribute to release management activities, including deployment planning, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation covering SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT governance policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance standards.
Skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile frameworks like Kanban and Scrum.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including network systems, disaster recovery strategies, and IT governance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation; capable of preparing clear reports and presentations.
- Analysis skills for requirements gathering, risk assessment, and troubleshooting technical issues during project implementation.
