Requirements
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide project oversight and direct customer interface for multiple programs
- Develop and drive program schedules and budgets
- Ensure program compliance to control documents and requirements
- Experience in program or project management with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or technical field
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with other managers.
- You've got skills in written and verbal communication.
- 3-5 Years experience in project management/PM Certification a plus. A degree in business or related field desired.
- You're self-motivated, a multitasking wizard, and detail-oriented like a hawk.
- Prioritization is your middle name, and you thrive in high-pressure situations.
- You play well with others and are a logical thinker, always ready to tackle customer challenges.
- Possess strong communication with stakeholders and clear articulation of goals.
