Context:
We are looking for a C# Developer to join a leading international financial institution's New York technology team, supporting front-office electronic trading. The group builds and maintains high-performance platforms across multiple asset classes — including US Rates, FX Flow, and Fixed Income pricing. The environment is trading-floor aligned, dynamic, and Agile-driven, with direct interaction with traders, quants, and sales.
Role:
- Build scalable C#/.NET applications for pricing, risk, connectivity, and reporting
- Enhance electronic trading workflows to improve performance and usability
- Support real-time trading through close collaboration with front-office users
- Contribute to modernization and migration of legacy components to new platforms
Tech Stack:
- Core: C# / .NET (4.5 ), OOP, performance-oriented development
- Domain exposure: US Treasuries & IRS / FX Flow / Fixed Income pricing & risk
- Additional: Python, SQL, Git, Agile / CI-CD
- Nice to have: React / Angular
Profile:
- Solid C# / .NET development experience with strong OOP fundamentals
- Knowledge of electronic trading systems and workflows
- Exposure to Fixed Income, FX Flow, or Interest Rate products
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort in fast-paced trading environments
- Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate closely with front-office stakeholders
