JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must have minimum of two years of experience in desktop support or similar role. This must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Utilize ServiceNow platform for ticket management and efficient workflow.
- Apply computer skills to assist in network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 1-2 years of IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support duties with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software.
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
- Hardware and software experience.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Salary : $18 - $20
