Job Summary:
Quanta Tech Systems is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive business development, generate revenue, and build a scalable sales organization.
This role combines hands-on sales execution with team leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through direct outreach, developing client relationships, and recruiting and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through direct outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, in-person)
- Leverage existing networks and develop new business relationships
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead sales conversations, proposals, and negotiations
- Close deals in collaboration with internal teams
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Establish and optimize sales processes, outreach frameworks, and qualification criteria
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue)
- Continuously improve sales efficiency and performance
Team Leadership & Growth:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives and business development personnel
- Set performance targets and KPIs
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing performance management
- Build a scalable and accountable sales structure
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to align pipeline efforts
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate service positioning
- Provide insights on market trends and client needs
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership
- Proven track record of generating and closing deals through direct outreach
- Experience building or managing a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology services (AI, software development, cybersecurity, or Web3) preferred
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
- Additional incentives tied to team and revenue performance
