Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks a Core Tech Infrastructure Engineer for their Platform Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of a cross-platform engineering team that is responsible for the firm’s core technology infrastructure
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain the company’s infrastructure systems (mainly Windows, but also Linux)
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux platforms and network protocols
- Significant experience with Windows Server applications
- Proficiency in either C# or PowerShell
- Prior experience in integrating systems within local infrastructure as well as cloud-based environments
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities as well as outstanding communications skills are a must
