Job Summar
y:The Facility Inventory Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking facilities-related assets, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance inventory. This role ensures that building systems, tools, and maintenance supplies are accurately recorded, readily available, and effectively maintained to support safe and efficient plant operation
s.
Duties/Responsibiliti
es:• Maintain accurate records of facilities assets, including HVAC systems, electrical equipme
nt,plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance machine
ry.• Track and manage maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory, including spare par
ts,consumables, and safety equipme
nt.• Perform routine cycle counts and physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy and as
setaccountabili
ty.• Organize and maintain proper labeling, storage, and control of maintenance stockrooms and as
setlocatio
ns.• Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish critical spare parts to prevent equipm
entdownti
me.• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and vendors to ensure timely availability of materi
alsfor repairs and preventive maintenan
ce.• Maintain and update asset and inventory data in CMMS (Computerized Maintena
nceManagement System) or ERP syste
ms.• Track asset lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance history, calibration status, and dispos
al.• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs by ensuring parts readiness
andaccurate asset tracki
ng.• Manage calibration records and coordinate calibration activities to ensure equipment opera
teswithin required specificatio
ns.• Analyze usage trends and recommend inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and red
uceexcess or obsolete invento
ry.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies for storage, handling, and track
ingof materia
ls.• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for facilities inventory and asset replaceme
nt.

ies:• Strong ability to manage MRO inventory, including maintaining optimal stock levels and ensu

rts.• Proficiency in asset tracking and lifecycle management, including location, condition, and ser

ory.• Experience supporting preventive maintenance and calibration progr
ams.• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail and audit readin

Education and Experi
ence:• Associate’s de
gree.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking sys
tems.• Experience in inventory or asset management, preferably in facilities or mainte
nanceenvironm
ents.• Experience with CMMS platforms preferred but not requ
ired.• Familiarity with MRO inventory and facilities equipment preferred but not requ
ired.• Strong attention to detail and organizational sk
