- Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate and implement HR strategies.
- Assist with employee training, develop initiatives including research, organizing and conducting training programs of various topics.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple federal, state and local regulations to ensure compliance.
- Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-orientated mindset.
- Provide back-up support to the HR Coordinator as needed.
- 3 years of Human Resources experience, strong background in employee relations preferred
- PHR/HRCI Certification preferred
- Strong skills using MS Office
- Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information
