Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in/out and verifying insurance information
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Translating for Spanish speaking patients
- Floating between front desk and clinical areas to assist with daily operations
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Fluent Spanish Speaker, knowledge of basic Medical terms in spanish.
- Professional, team-oriented, and dependable
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right candidate)
- Ability to adapt and jump in where needed
