QTS is looking for a Vending Operations Specialist based in Broussard, LA, to own the full lifecycle of our industrial vending programs — from initial setup and installation through ongoing maintenance and customer support. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and customers to ensure our vending systems run efficiently and meet QTS service standards.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives managing multiple projects at once.

What you'll do
Vending program management
- Own assigned vending projects from initial setup through ongoing support
- Review proposals and determine required machine types and configurations
- Build and maintain vending layout sheets and item plan build sheets
- Ensure all vending activities follow established QTS SOPs and documentation standards
Equipment setup & installation
- Build, configure, install, and remove vending machines per QTS Supply Point procedures
- Perform item loading, system configuration, and equipment logistics coordination
Customer support & training
- Serve as the primary contact for vending-related customer questions and issues
- Train customers and new hires on machine operation and processes
- Conduct site visits for inspections, maintenance, audits, and training
Inventory & maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory of machines, drawer types, spare parts, and available equipment
- Assist with pricing updates, item changes, cycle counts, and full vending audits
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines operational
Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, and Customers on vending programs
- Help resolve bottlenecks and communicate project updates across departments
