Quality Tools & Services (QTS) is a growing multi-location industrial distributor serving machine shops, manufacturers, and industrial customers throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. We specialize in cutting tools, abrasives, MRO supplies, vending solutions, and technical support that help our customers improve productivity and reduce downtime.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Broussard team. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, inside sales support, problem solving, and operational coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Support customers by phone, email, and in person
- Source products and provide pricing, availability, and delivery information
- Process quotes, orders, returns, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and resolve issues
- Help customers identify the right products and solutions for their applications
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination as needed
- Maintain strong communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Learn and develop technical knowledge of industrial and machine shop products
