Our team is seeking a dynamic individual with a customer service mentality who wants to join a 35 year company. Quality Title & Abstract Agency provide multi-state title insurance. The position is within our office located in Ocean, New Jersey (Monmouth County) and not a remote position. Responsibilities include order entry, type reports, order mortgage payoffs, property research, schedule appraisal and closing appointments and handle a high call volume. Extensive time communicating on the phone and via email with attorneys, realtors, mortgage lenders and homeowners. Individual must be high energy with a pleasant demeanor, have the ability to work in a high technology, paperless environment and posses excellent communication skills. Full time benefits include participation in medical insurance, life insurance, 401K, paid time off.
