Job Description:
Master Build & Design is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help support daily office operations for our growing construction company. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling paperwork, phone calls, scheduling, emails, and basic administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will help with:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments, estimates, and job-related meetings
- Organizing project paperwork, contracts, permits, invoices, and receipts
- Assisting with QuickBooks entries, vendor bills, and basic bookkeeping support
- Communicating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Tracking material orders and deliveries
- Preparing simple proposals, forms, letters, and project documents
- Maintaining organized digital and physical files
- Following up on estimates, approvals, and project paperwork
- Supporting management with day-to-day office tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using email, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar software
- Basic QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Construction office experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and stay professional with clients and vendors
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
