Qualifications
- Active RN license (state of practice)
- 1 year nursing experience
- CPR certification (AHA/ARC)
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal casework and support nursing staff development
- Perform Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations
- Review physician orders and update care plans/documentation
- Assist with hiring, training, and competency validation
- Mentor and support field staff delivering patient care
- Collaborate with operations and business development teams
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
