The Impact You'll Make
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between training innovation and quality assurance. You’ll design engaging learning experiences that help our team grow, while implementing quality control processes that ensure our customers receive nothing less than 5 Star Service. Your work will directly shape our team’s performance, our customer satisfaction, and our reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver interactive training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development—both in-person and virtually.
- Create clear, engaging training materials, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and conduct targeted training solutions.
- Partner with managers and crew leaders to coach team members and reinforce best practices.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, checklists, and SOPs.
- Participate in weekly crew meetings to celebrate wins and address improvement opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in training, instructional design, or quality control—ideally in logistics or service-oriented industry.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage in diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can inspire, coach, and motivate.
- Understanding of DOT Regulations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to hold people to company standards
