As our HR Manager, you’ll lead all HR functions for a ~150-employee moving and storage company operating across multiple locations. You’ll balance steady, predictable HR cycles (payroll, compliance, benefits) with the dynamic realities of a transportation-based workforce.
- Payroll: Ensure it’s right, compliant, and on time—every time
- Hiring: Drive smarter, more effective recruiting strategies and outcomes
- Development: Build and retain a stronger workforce—not just fill roles

- Employee Relations: Handle issues directly, fairly, and without hesitation

- Multi-Site Alignment: Keep HR consistent across all locations (with periodic travel to KY and CT locations to align HR practices)
