Quality Services Moving is hiring a Sales Consultant to turn relocation inquiries into booked moves. You’ll work with customers from their first call through their final decision, learning what they need, recommending the right services, and earning their business. You’ll also grow your own pipeline through referrals, local partnerships, and outreach.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
Working with customers
- Meet with customers in person and by video to understand their move
- Assess each move and build accurate, clear estimates
- Recommend the right mix of moving, storage, and transportation services for each customer’s needs and budget
- Explain pricing and added options with confidence
- Follow up promptly and consistently so no opportunity goes cold
- Negotiate in a way that keeps customers happy and the company profitable
Managing your pipeline
- Work a steady flow of company-generated leads
- Keep your pipeline full and work toward monthly revenue and booking targets
- Log leads, proposals, and follow-ups in our CRM, and keep forecasts current
- Stay in touch with prospects until they decide, to improve your close rate
- Earn repeat and referral business through great service
Growing the business
- Build referral relationships with real estate professionals, apartment communities, senior living facilities, local businesses, and community organizations
- Look for new ways to reach customers and expand our presence in the market
- Represent Quality Services Moving at networking events and community activities
- Bring ideas that help us win more customers
What You Bring
- A track record in sales, business development, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Self-motivation, organization, and a competitive drive to hit your goals
- The ability to juggle several opportunities at once
- Experience with CRM systems and standard business software
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
