Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical work for heavy commercial and industrial projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage crews of electricians and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and general contractors to achieve project goals.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily activities to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee material handling, equipment usage, and quality control.
- Conduct job site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Provide technical expertise and resolve field issues as they arise.
- Track project progress and report regularly to management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing heavy commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (Florida).
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling, resource management, and project reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
