Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and delivering top-tier service to both residential and commercial clients.
You’ll be the face of our company in the field—so professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial properties
- Identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Communicate clearly with customers about services and prevention
- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly
- Stay on schedule and manage daily routes efficiently
- Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism
Requirements
- Clean driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
- Highly punctual and reliable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous pest control or field service experience
- Knowledge of mountain pests (ants, rodents, wasps, etc.)
- Applicator license or willingness to obtain (we can help with this)
