What You'll Do:
- Install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair garage door systems safely and efficiently.
- Educate customers on repair options, maintenance, and product upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services that benefit the customer.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Complete job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic hand and power tools preferred (accommodations available).
- Garage door, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or other technical experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.
Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 annually
Compensation includes:
- Competitive base pay.

Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Some Fridays as needed based on workload.
