Duties/Responsibilities:
Adhere to QOTM’s standards regardless of past training or experience.
· Operating, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining CNC machines.
· Start-up CNC equipment without supervision.
· Change cutting tools and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed.
· Utilize production work orders and documents.
· Ensure all documentation is complete and correct.
· Maintain equipment and work area daily in a clean and orderly condition.
· Machine start-up and shutdown procedures.
· Industry-standard safety protocols.
· Check parts with precision measuring equipment.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of the day.
· Ability to carry or lift above 35 lbs. regularly.
2nd shift - 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd shift - 11:00 pm to 6:00 am
