Qualifications and Responsibilities of Excellence Hub Director
- Ability to develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures to support legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance.
- Methodical approach to development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance, service delivery, and quality benchmarking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Strong knowledge of CARF standards, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and state regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent credential preferred.
