Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Case Manager
- 3 years experience int the field
- Desire to improve quality of life for aging adults.
- High level of commitment, dependability, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience as an STNA, CNA, or in a nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Prior experience in social services, human services, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
- Computer skills are required for documentation and system use.
