What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and build your own pipeline across any commercial vertical that uses warehouse space
- Conduct on-site consultations and needs assessments with decision-makers
- Develop quotes and proposals independently — source vendor pricing, configure solutions, present with confidence
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract
- Work within our CRM and ERP to track your pipeline and activity
- Hand off cleanly to project management, order processing, and accounting
- Base in Southern California — no territory cap, no restrictions
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales track record — you've held quota, met it, and can speak to how you built your book
- Four-year college degree
- Mathematical and mechanical aptitude — you'll read floor plans, run numbers, translate specs for non-technical buyers
- Competitive, self-starting mindset — you keep score and don't wait to be told to find the next deal
- Professional presence across environments — as credible in a warehouse as in a boardroom
- Experience in warehousing, material handling, racking, construction, or industrial sales is a meaningful plus — not a requirement
