What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving position at Quality Manufacturing Corporation?
Quality Manufacturing a growing metal fabrication company located in Urbandale and Des Moines, IA. is looking to hire in our shipping department on first shift working 7:00am-4:30pm Monday- Friday. Our shipping employees are operating forklifts to unload product, pull orders, stage orders, load outbound shipments, perform part counts and maintain accurate inventory. Employees work closely with RF scanners to enter and track parts in our ERP system throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.
Ability to work overtime as needed, is necessary, must be a dependable self-starter with a high attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be a responsible and safety-conscious worker.

Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience required (minimum of one year held as a primary job)
- Previous shipping/receiving experience required
- Perform part counts and maintain accurate inventory
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
