Quality Manufacturing Corporation, a fast-paced metal fabrication company, is looking to hire a Robotic Operator on first shift 5am-3:30pm Monday- Friday. Robot Operators prepare and load parts to cycle through a robotic welder. Additionally, they will perform some hand welding and grind parts.
Ability to work overtime as needed, is necessary, must be a dependable self-starter with a high attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be a responsible and safety-conscious worker.

Robot Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robot experience isn't required, we will provide training.
Robot Operator Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stand frequently

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
