Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Administer employee benefits and leave management programs.
- Partner with managers on staffing needs, employee relations, and personnel decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2 years' of experience working in Human Resources field preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
