Job Title: Seasonal Plant Associate
Location: Granger, WA
Shift: 1st shift
Salary: Starting Pay: $20.00/hr

At Quality Liquid Feeds, our philosophy is to hire the right people, place them in the right spot, and let them do their job. We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Seasonal Production Associate to join our dynamic team at our Granger, WA Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Perform basic product inspections and quality checks.
- Complete production or inventory records accurately.
- Identify and report quality or compliance issues.
- Follow all plant safety policies and company procedures.
- Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and common spaces.
- Assist with equipment cleaning.
- Support basic facility upkeep tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Assist during busy periods, downtime, or special projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
- High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge with Microsoft applications
- The ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
- Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
This is an active role requiring regular standing, climbing, and lifting (up to 100 lbs). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable the performance of essential duties and responsibilities.
Work Environment:
