Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other applicable standards to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes.
- Utilize data collection tools to document inspection results accurately, identify trends, and support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address non-conformances promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP protocols.
- Assist in maintaining calibration schedules for all measurement equipment and ensure adherence to calibration standards.
- Participate in internal and external quality management reviews, contributing insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance programs by conducting regular inspections, verifying process controls, and ensuring adherence to quality systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and quality management principles.
- Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality audits, and quality systems implementation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for data collection and documentation.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
