JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES
- Have an attitude that fosters teamwork.
- Be accountable for assisting the team lead in properly completing your assigned accounts.
- Communication with team leads and management staff to discuss routes and procedures.
- Safely operate company equipment.
- Be able to work outside in the heat and cold.
- Preform various lawn maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, string trimming, blowing, shrub pruning, hand weeding and seasonal clean-ups.
- Operate small engine equipment: Lawn mowers, backpack blowers and trimmers.
- Assist with weekly blade sharpening and truck cleaning.
- Assist with snow and ice management during winter months.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license (Preferred)
- No experience needed to apply
