JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES

• Have an attitude that fosters teamwork.
• Be accountable for assisting the team lead in properly completing your assigned accounts.
• Communication with team leads and management staff to discuss routes and procedures.
• Safely operate company equipment.
• Be able to work outside in the heat and cold.
• Preform various lawn maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, string trimming, blowing, shrub pruning, hand weeding and seasonal clean-ups.
• Operate small engine equipment: Lawn mowers, backpack blowers and trimmers.
• Assist with weekly blade sharpening and truck cleaning.
• Assist with snow and ice management during winter months.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license (Preferred)
• No experience needed to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
