Pool Repair Technician

Job Description:

As a Pool Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing pool equipment, plumbing issues and more. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and timers
• Repair pool plumbing, leaks, valves, and skimmers
• Perform electrical work related to pool systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with the office and clients regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
• Accurately document job notes, time, and materials used

Requirements:

• 1 years of pool repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical or plumbing aptitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Experience with brands like Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy is a plus
• CPO certification or similar is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
