Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Addition duties will be assign according to the shift; like helping with breakfast area, help with laundry , cleaning front desk area etc..
- must be flexibvle to cover between other shift as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
-Experience in using front desk system would be a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
